The Dallas Women’s Foundation has received a healthy donation from an area banking organization. It was recently announced that NexBank has become a proud sponsor of the Dallas Women’s Foundation 32nd Annual Luncheon. In addition to sponsorship, NexBank has also donated $100,000.00 to the organization to support women’s leadership in business.
The October 20th luncheon featured Dr. Hope Jahren as the keynote speaker. Dr. Jahren is a best selling author, scientist, and one of Time Magazine’s “Top 100 Influential Persons”. The keynote address was broadcast to 10,000 students in 20 schools across the Dallas area. The Dallas Women’s Foundation has become one of the biggest, regional women’s funds in the world. Every year, the Dallas Women’s luncheon hosts over 1,300 business and community leaders bringing awareness to creating economic stability and business development for female business leaders.
NexBank has always been a big supporter of community and civic events in the Dallas, Texas, area.
